When the weather turns in Kuala Lumpur

The covered pedestrian bridge from Suria KLCC to Pavilion is several hundred metres of air conditioning and solves Bukit Bintang entirely. Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens together hold hundreds of shops beside a KTM station. The Islamic Arts Museum, Aquaria and the indoor theme park inside Berjaya Times Square ignore the weather completely.
