What's actually worth your time in Krabi

Only a longtail reaches Railay, 100 baht from Ao Nang and fifteen minutes across, and its limestone walls, Phra Nang cave beach and climbing routes are the reason to come to Krabi at all. Tiger Cave Temple is free and roughly 1,260 steps straight up, so go before eight. The Four Islands and Hong Island boat days are the standard alternatives.

What first-timers get wrong in Krabi

National park entry is charged separately and in cash, 200 baht per adult at Emerald Pool and similar at Hong Island, and it is not inside your tour price unless stated.
