Getting around Cebu
Grab in the city; buses and vans down the south coast (Moalboal 3h, Oslob 4h). Ferries fan out to the whole Visayas. Moving between sights: Base split: 1-2 city days max, then south coast. Book canyoneering with licensed operators only.
